Furnace & Billet Casting

Our Furnace & Billet Casting facility is the foundation of our aluminium extrusion process. Using a combination of pure aluminium ingots from PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminium, recycled aluminium alloys, and other selected elements such as silicon and magnesium, we produce a wide range of 6000 series aluminium billets, including 6063, 6463, 6061, 6005, and others.


Using controlled casting technology and a powerful electromagnet, our facility enables us to tailor the alloy composition for each lot. Molten aluminium alloy is filtered multiple times before reaching the casting table. This process guarantees the optimal strength, durability, and performance of our materials.

Spectrometer

To ensure that every billet consistently meets our chemical standards, we employ a Thermo Scientific OES Metals Analyzer that allows us to monitor the alloys chemical makeup. This instrument allows us to verify and adjust the chemical composition of each 6000 series alloy throughout the casting process. By maintaining this level of control, we produce aluminium extrusions with consistent chemical and mechanical properties, meeting the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Die Facility

Our dedicated Die Facility is integral to ensuring the precision and efficiency of our aluminium extrusion operations. Here, our experienced die correctors maintain, repair, and optimize the dies used in our extrusion presses. We employ advanced techniques along with the use of specialized reducing agents to ensure that each die is crafted to exact specifications, enabling us to produce a wide variety of complex profiles with the tightest tolerances in the market.


Regular maintenance and timely repairs minimize downtime and enhance the longevity of our dies, which directly contributes to the efficiency, quality, and consistency of our extruded products. Extrusion

Our Extrusion Facility is the core of our aluminium profile production, equipped with four extrusion presses and counting. We currently operate three 660-ton presses and one 1100-ton press; we have the flexibility to produce a wide range of profiles that meet demanding industry standards.


This combination of press capacities allows us to accommodate your requirements, from lightweight profiles to more robust, structural extrusions. To ensure unparalleled quality, each extrusion run is monitored with rigorous quality checks, and our team applies precise temperature and pressure controls to maintain material integrity and achieve consistent results across all products. With plans for continued expansion, our company is well-prepared to meet the increasing demands of todays industries, ensuring flexibility, reliability, and consistency in every extrusion we produce.

Metalworking & Finishing

This department is a powerhouse of specialized capabilities. With working stations like precision punching, tube drawing, and precision cutting, we manufacture each product to exacting requirements.


We offer an array of finishing treatments including polishing, brushing, and sandblasting.

Anodizing

Our Anodizing Facility uses Italian technology to deliver premium finishes that combine aesthetic appeal with superior protection. Specializing in bright anodizing, we achieve a brilliant, glossy surface that enhances product appeal in designs where visual impact is essential. We offer a range of anodizing colors through both organic dyeing and electro-colouring tanks, allowing each order to be tailored to your exact specifications. Both our hot and cold sealing processes are engineered to protect aluminium surfaces from corrosion, wear, and harsh environmental conditions. Powder Coating

Our Powder Coating Facility is equipped with a modern powder coating system that delivers exceptional finishes while minimizing waste. Our GEMA powder coating guns are designed to maximize coverage, with excess powder continuously recycled through the system to ensure sustainable use and consistent results. Prior to coating, each aluminum surface undergoes a thorough pretreatment process to remove contaminants and ensure optimal adhesion, creating a flawless, durable finish.
